All payment of the property should be paid, just before signature. According to property law, the seller has to declare "I have been all paid". Thats about it.

Every year the growth rate for the real estate property is about 20% in resort regions. Espessially if you are invest in construction projects. Also Turkish government gives residence permission for those who buy homes here or somehow invest in turkish economy. After 5 years permanent living in Turkey you can also get a citezenship.
